Hello there, I’m Nikhil, and I’m a fourth-year Computer Engineering major, specializing in cybersecurity. I am passionate about IT security and game design, as well as writing science fiction. I joined UNITE because I realized that empathy is something much talked about, but rarely ever implemented. I believe it takes great strength to understand another person (personally or professionally, depending on the context), and honing this ability is vital for a good leader. But promoting empathy everywhere is a monumental task, and achieving that goal at IIT would be a gratifying first step.
